Shipping
Where we deliver
We currently ship across Belgium. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days across Belgium.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Returns & exchanges
14-day right of return
As with any online purchase in Belgium, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and return it, no questions asked.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, so they can be resold.
How to start a return
Email us at contact@novaterraie.be with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
Since every piece is handmade, small natural variations are part of the charm, not a defect. But if your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
